Important VAWA Information

The flyers for the Kids/Cadet State Greco/Freestyle Championships are posted on the www.virginiawrestling.com site . (http://www.virginiawrestling.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/kids_cadet_states2011.pdf), as well as the Junior Greco/Freestyle Championships.  In addition the Schedule for the Fargo training camps will be posted as well (see attachments).

     Any Schoolboys intending to compete in the Schoolboy National Duals in June (http://www.themat.com/events/default.php?page=default&EventID=24438) must compete in the Kids states in 3 weeks.  This is also the case for any Cadets intending to compete in the Cadet National Duals as well  http://www.themat.com/events/default.php?page=default&EventID=24437

    

The annual VAWA Junior Club GR/FS Dual team championships will be held the weekend of April 30/May 1^st at the Episcopal School in Alexandria VA.  Any clubs interested should contact Roy Hill at Roy.hill@fcps.edu ASAP to reserve a spot in this tourney.  Teams from NY, PA, MD and throughout VA compete in this tough international style competition.
